Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for a diverse portfolio of client companies ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Engage with clients auditors banks and other stakeholders building strong professional relationships.
- Perform accurate bookkeeping and account reconciliations maintaining impeccable financial records.
- Prepare and administer financial statements and consolidated accounts adhering to regulatory standards.
- Lead the preparation and review of insightful management reports corporate tax filings and VAT returns.
- Draft essential corporate/legal documentation contributing to exemplary corporate governance.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting with a background in company domiciliation or fiduciary services preferred.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Accounting Finance or Economics.
- Fluent in Spanish with additional language skills considered a valuable asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various accounting software.
- Excellent organizational time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
