Job Responsibilities:

Monthly Debit Card Reissues
CAMS Alerts
Dark Web Alerts
Pulse Fraud Alerts
Draft and ACH Daily Exceptions and Adjustments
ACH Reclamation
Draft and ACH Stop Payments
Forgeries/Altered Checks
Debit Card Exceptions
Payroll Deduction
Assist Employees with member issues/questions pertaining to - ACH items Share Drafts Debit / ATM cards Online & Mobile Banking Bill Pay External Transfers RDC Digital Wallet Card Valet etc.
Work various system reports - OLB Debit Cards. & Core System reports
Assist members and team members with various products and services
