Job Summary:
The IT Manager oversees the Information Technology department and ensures stable and efficient IT operations across all hotel departments. This role supervises the IT Supervisor and associtates. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen security within the hotel.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working as IT Manager in International hotel and 3 years IT management experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in networks servers and security
- Team leadership and management experience
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
