We are looking for an experienced facility management (FM)/ small construction works biased HSE Advisor that is familiar with CDM regulations and in managing high hazard activities such as working at height fire and lifting operations with a good level of experience in managing contractor activities.
Reporting to the local HSE Manager and based on a sound understanding of the local HSE performance and risk profile you will support the implementation of HS&E management arrangements to ensure compliance with HSE requirements and support the drive towards a zero harm culture in support of RRSLs priorities. You will be part of a team to define and deliver agreed improvement plans and be proactive in seeking out emerging issues. Help to identify and promote good practice as well as working collaboratively with Business HS&E colleagues and the wider HS&E function to build a sense of team and ensure alignment to Business and functional strategies.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
