1. Electronics system architect design interface design schematic design PCB layout motion control FPGA or Firmware/Embedded software development
with limited guidance the design development analysis and evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards practices and procedures and the product / program requirements
timely communication and recommendations on significant issues or developments
responsible for defining estimating leading and coordinating work or projects within functional area(s) of expertise
and present in technical and program reviews
technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
invention disclosures to protect the technology that provides a competitive advantage to the business
8. Serving as a technical readiness focal point for all pertinent personnel and/or customers
9. Coaching and mentoring in order to develop the engineering community in process career growth and technical excellence
10. Broad influence over large multi-disciplinary and/or cross-functional teams
11. Provides expert guidance and support to the development organization in various technical/functional aspects of research development and engineering
12. Engaging in all phases of new product introduction including concept architecture design prototype test supplier interfaces manufacturing introduction and service support
Qualifications/Requirements :
in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
2.15 years electrical engineering experience in AC/DC motor drive or tube vacuums electronic or medical sensor etc
knowledge and experience in determining Electrical Design Parameters required to meeting products requirements and applicable national and international codes/Standards/directives.
to generate ideas and execute projects to simplify electrical design.
to perform Engineering Analysis to ensure Electrical Design Integrity of the product to meet environmental & operation conditions specified
of manufacturing operation and processes
critical thinking problem solving and collaborative skills
to synthesize information from different engineering disciplines
to effectively present information to project and functional management and to customers subcontractors and suppliers
to write specifications procedures and manuals that conform to prescribed style and format
Desired Characteristics:
1. PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
2. 20 years of experiences in Electrical and Electronics design and development in imaging medical device compony
capability and experience with value engineering design to value Should Cost analysis and process
of Healthcare products NPI process and engineering working systems
5. Self-starter energizing results oriented and able to multi-task.
6. Demonstrated problem solving ability and results orientation
7. Demonstrated LEAN skills
