The Role
We have an exciting and fast paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team in the role of Personal Care and Services Concierge at Infinite Care which plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support services to all residents. This position is responsible for implementing Infinite Cares welcome process overseeing the on-site execution and management of the Additional Services/HELF programs ensuring social and emotional support is provided to all residents as well as ensuring that both initial and ongoing resident care and service needs are consistently surpassed.
This is a permanent full time position reporting directly to our General Manager in our beautiful and brand-new Aged Care Home in Knoxfield Victoria. Residential Aged Care Facilities - Our Locations Infinite Care
