Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT-related issues and work with external teams to identify and implement solutions
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation including checklists user manuals and support logs with periodic reviews
- Manage and control IT assets ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with usage policies
- Conduct the IT audit and develop & address the IT Procedure/Policy/Work Instructions
- Proactively leads cyber security initiatives including awareness campaigns communication strategies and policy reinforcement across the organization
- Evaluate and mitigate technology risks including development of disaster recovery and data backup plans
- Work with business units to gather IT requirements for both current operations and long-term IT/business strategy planning
- Oversee the annual IT budget ensuring cost-effective procurement and use of technology
- Coordinate with external IT service providers on software hardware network and infrastructure implementations upgrades and maintenance
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business needs
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or above in engineering information technology or related fields
- Min 5 years work experience in IT Management and support function especially Trading FMGC Logistics Industry
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems compliance and operations across multiple environments
- Experienced in conducting IT audits identifying risks and developing IT policies procedures and work instructions
- Skilled in planning and driving IT audits across multiple locations or countries ensuring consistency with standard regulatory requirements
- Positive attitude and open-minded for new developments
- Work under pressure and time limit and service-minded approach
- Good command of English
