We are looking for aMaintenance Field Supervisor Mechanicaljoin our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.

The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advancedmaintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of theinstallation. Besides the daily maintenance works the Maintenance Department alsocoordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the Maintenance Field Supervisor Mechanical is to support in maintaining all static equipment and side infrastructures in a safe and efficient way. During absence of the Maintenance Supervosr he assumes the responsibilities.

• Provides Safety leadership

• Participates and leads in the contractor safety meeting

• Supports the contracted Mechanical team of technicians through the discipline foremen.

• Investigates malfunction reports

• Supports the discipline work preparators with technical input where requested.

• Ensures and supports to achieve on time execution of planned work.

Keys to success in this role

The best combination of experiences skills and background is

• Minimum MBO WTB niveau 4
• Minimum 7years of relevant experience in the proces industry
• strong communicator
• Lead by example
• Experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS / SAP
