What will you be doing
- Shipment Tracking: Use tracking systems to monitor shipments ensuring visibility and traceability throughout transportation.
- Real-Time Updates: Provide accurate timely shipment updates to internal teams about delays status changes and delivery estimates.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively resolve transportation issues like delays or damages by coordinating with carriers drivers and warehouses to minimize delivery disruptions.
- Exception Handling: Manage shipment exceptions such as missed pickups or incorrect documentation by collaborating with carriers and internal teams to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements
- Fluent English Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform several duties at one time
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers employees and management
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
- Must be proficient with Web software and familiar with Microsoft Office products including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
