Role Purpose:
- As an Intune engineer you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows Mac iOS Android devices including but not limited to OS Application Configuration Compliance management.
- Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment configuration issue etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience.
- Work with various teams to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.
Accountabilities:
- Intune Certified
- Experience in managing iOS Android Windows devices using any MDM Solution and minimum 2 years of experience on Intune.
- Migration Experience of Windows 10/11 device from On-Prem ADSCCM managed environment to Azure ADIntune (standalone) managed environment is must.
- Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g. VBS Batch Scripts etc.) will be additional advantage.
- In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies
- Create and Deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store Apps/etc.) using Intune i.e. managing application lifecycle.
- Unattended enrollment of Windows Mac iOS Android devices.
- Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10/11
- Managing OS Upgrades for Windows Mac iOS Android devices.
Critical Knowledge Experience and Capabilities:
- Knowledge on creating packages using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
- Expert-level Windows 10/11 build architecture and deployment experience including customization and branding of a Windows 10/11 build
- Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune.
- Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies
- Implementation of Kiosk Profiles.
- Experience in device management for Windows iOS/iPadOS macOS Android.
- Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles Compliance Policies Defender policies Firewall rules etc.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform most particularly with Intune and multiple Windows AutoPilot profiles.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a must.
- Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES).
- Excellent teamwork skills balanced with the ability to work independently
- Proven interpersonal skills and have basic knowledge office tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint PowrBI) for collecting and manipulating distribution results.
