As a Sales Associate in our Hugo Boss store you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service driving sales and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build a loyal customer base.
- Gather and manage CRM data to ensure high-quality customer information.
- Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Handle transactions complaints and returns with efficiency and professionalism.
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop your skills.
- Support operations for loss prevention and stock management.
- Utilise business systems and latest technology effectively.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Passionate in leading motivating and training team members through active supervision
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
