Our client is a global leader in the new energy sector at the forefront of our industry. To further enhance their global management capabilities they are seeking an experienced HRIS System Implementation Analyst with expertise in Workday to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis for the global HR systems to ensure all business needs are accurately captured and documented.
- Participate in the implementation and testing of the Workday system to ensure a smooth launch and stable operation.
- Assist in developing detailed user training plans and provide necessary support to ensure users are proficient with the system.
- Perform system configuration according to specific departmental needs.
- Provide day-to-day technical support addressing any issues users encounter while using the system.
- Maintain excellent communication with global users to ensure the system meets their business needs.
- Monitor system usage and continuously optimize HR business processes to improve efficiency.
- Gather feedback and continually improve and iterate system functionalities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years experience essentialin implementing Workday systems.
- Solid knowledge of HR business processes capable of conducting independent requirement analyses.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills to effectively drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Preference for candidates who are native speakers of Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
- Fluent in English to facilitate seamless communication with global users.
