Role summary:
This role plays a critical role in supporting the compliant and effective execution of key business programs through effective data analysis. This role ensures operational integrity by providing timely data monitoring enable business to prevent detect and mitigate risks and enhance business effectiveness which contribute to uphold Amgens integrity culture.
Key Responsibilities
Effective data analysis for risk management and business effectiveness
- Closely monitor data generated from key business activities identify risk indicators deviations to support business and compliance to perform preventive and detective control in time.
- Be responsible for generating reports to support the Funding Review Committee (FRC) on decision-making.
- Leverage control effectiveness and risk management through insightful data analytical review.
- Continue to improve data quality from key business programs optimize local process and procedure through effective data mining.
- Closely monitor industry trend develop advanced tool and methodologies.
Local Process and System data engineer
- To support the team to manage local process/system changes such as M360 Weesh Meituan Amber HCO/Speaker Pools HCP Validation and WeCom.
- Collaborate with IT and cross functions to continuously optimize data source and data quality.
- Design and generate report/dashboard by effective data mining to serve risk management and business effectiveness.
Executive assistant to BET team
- To assist BET Director on key meeting material preparation and follow up.
- To support BET team for well preparing and archiving key documentations which should meet companys requirements on data security.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or above.
- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business operations project management or risk management.
- Familiarity with HCP/HCO-related programs and sponsorships.
- Strong compliance mindset and experience in risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in process improvement and digitalization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis monitoring & auditing IT engineering
- Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with system change management data management and data security
- Analytical skills for dashboard and progress review.
- Problem-solving ability and escalation management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
