Job Description:

OBJECTIVE

Support operational activities and training related to Health Safety at Work and the Environment monitoring all stages of Nextracker projects and third-party companies. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards and best practices in the sector using procedures and based on the requirements of the international ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Responsible for Environmental Health and Safety Management and Audits in third-party companies;

2. Accurately interpret regulatory and environmental standards and legislation and apply them to the areas activities;

3. Management of LTCAT PGR PCMSO PPP Ergonomics ASO and Occupational Hygiene and E-social;

4. Prepare review and control documents (Procedures and Forms) in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards;

5. Manage platforms and systems for controlling legislation related to Occupational Health and Safety;

6. Develop and control KPIs (Performance Indicators);

7. Perform risk analysis (Risk Inventory - NR 01) and implement control measures in accordance with ISO and Regulatory Standards;

8. Coordinate the investigation of accidents incidents and near misses and manage communications;

9. Responsible for health and safety and environmental training programs;

10. Manage PPE EPCs and uniforms for all company employees;

11. Responsible for the preparation installation and management of the CIPA and Emergency Brigade;

12. Management of safety-related communications (safety dialogues monthly meetings monthly programs etc.);

13. Perform other activities related to your role and work processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

Higher Education in Engineering Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering LANGUAGES Advanced English Advanced Spanish

COMPUTER SCIENCE

Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint and other cloud-based collaborative tools). Familiarity with and engagement in self-learning of

new collaborative work tools integration between cloud tools and artificial intelligence.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum of 4 years
