About Aoka
Aoka is a third-party municipal services provider serving jurisdictions across Texas. We support local governments with expert building inspections plan reviews and code consultingpowered by our proprietary software that accelerates inspection turnaround times and helps prevent costly construction delays.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting
Experience in invoicing and payroll management
Proficient in accounting software specifically QuickBooks
Responsibilities
Prepare review and analyze financial statements reports and budgets
Manage accounts payable and receivable payroll and general ledger
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles tax regulations and company policies
Collaborate with leadership to track budgets costs and profitability for projects
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Negotiate with vendors clients and other stakeholders as needed
Confidently push back when necessary to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $60000 - $80000 per year
Position Type: Remote with occasional travel to the Fort Worth office and client sites as needed.
