About the job
We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to join Sachidanand Shuklas Team. Be ready for new challenges because youll contribute to cutting-edge projects that shape the future of our company. Reporting to the Product Owner you will collaborate closely with cross-functional Product Development Teams Product Owners and Business Units. Bringing your experience innovative ideas and creative thinking youll help the team develop outstanding digital products and services (API mobile and web). Your focus will be on delivering business value creating seamless customer experiences and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Proxy Product Owner collaborating with global Product Owners to understand business needs
- Work closely with Product Owners to create validate and refine detailed user stories for optimal digital solutions.
- Create and/or verify UAT and functional tests to ensure systems are fit for purpose and behaving E2E as expected
- Collaborate within one or more agile teams delivering digital services & products
- Assist Product Owner(s) with stakeholder communication and management
Bring to the team
- Excellent external and internal stakeholder management within a cross-functional team
- Proven experience working in digital product or services development (mobile or web) experience in working as part of agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a wholistic approach considering business and technical processes E2E
- Fluency in business English strong communicator and team player
