Location: Hoofddorp the Netherlands (No visa sponsorship available)
Hours: 36 hours/week Shift-based: morning evening night & weekends On-site
Salary: gross/month (based on 36 hours/week)
About the Role
Get-e is scaling quickly and were looking for driven adaptable team players to grow with us. As a Global Operations Specialist youll work at the core of our 24/7 international service team supporting B2B customers and transport partners across the world. Youll help keep operations running smoothly deliver exceptional service and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic multicultural environment.

Your profile
What Youll Do
Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe.
Perform quality checks and assess booking details.
Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring
Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
Bachelors degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working).
Team spirit and a proactive problem-solving attitude.

7-month contract with base salary increase upon extension.
