Were looking for Java Developers to join our dynamic team in building and enhancing innovative software this role you will be hands-on in designing coding testing and supporting robust applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and drive new development initiatives that deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
Enhance and maintain internal systems or client-facing applications.
Work with databases such as MongoDB and MSSQL including schema design and performance tuning.
Perform unit testing using Postman and other tools to ensure application quality.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps.
Optimize application performance and follow security best practices.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications and user guides.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
23 years of hands-on Java programming experience.
Proficiency in Spring Boot Spring MVC JDBC/Hibernate.
Experience with REST APIs JavaScript TypeScript.
Working knowledge of MongoDB MSSQL and performance tuning techniques.
Experience using tools such as Postman Git Eclipse/VSCode.
Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 Lambda IAM API Gateway ECS) and DevOps practices is an advantage.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Work location: DXCs client at KL City Center
Work arrangements: Onsite
