Those in cloud and automation engineering at PwC will focus on planning designing developing testing and troubleshooting cloud-based applications on proprietary products and platforms specialising in mass customization. You will work across the complete cloud stack and have an in-depth knowledge of cloud storage and applications. Working in this area you will interact with product and project managers and other key stakeholders to drive an optimised solution within known constraints.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Senior Developer with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Microsoft technology stack including Microsoft Azure Power Platform and Copilot Studio an understanding of extending Copilot functionalities. You will work as part of an Agile development team collaborating on design development and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating directly with customers to deliver business transformation and technology projects and requires strong written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and deploy enterprise-scale applications on Microsoft Azure and Power Platform ensuring scalability reliability and performance
• Develop deploy and maintain solutions using Azure services (Azure Functions App Services Azure OpenAI Azure SQL Data Factory Logic Apps Containers) and serverless architectures
• Build extend and customize Power Platform solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps Power Pages Power Automate Dataverse Copilot Studio) including writing and optimizing PowerFx formulas
• Create extend and customize Copilot Studio workflows commands and automation to deliver AI driven functionality
• Integrate Systems via RESTful APIs JSON custom connectors and external data sources
• Design deploy and troubleshoot Power Automate flows to streamline and automate complex business processes
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environmentdefine and refine requirements with stakeholders; participate in sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and peer code reviews
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation: design specs configuration guides runbooks and knowledge-sharing artifacts.
• Ensure code quality security and performance through unit/integration testing debugging and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and share learnings across the team.
• Stay current on Microsoft ecosystem innovations (Azure AI Microsoft AI Foundry Power Platform updates) and drive continuous improvement and adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience (BE BTech MCA)
• Experience: 5 years of relevant hands-on development experience with Microsoft technology stack (Azure Power Platform Copilot Studio)
• Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Functions App Services Azure OpenAI and Azure SQL.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform: Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps Power Pages Power Automate Dataverse and PowerFx formulas

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio and experience with extending functionalities using custom workflows and commands.
• Strong programming skills in C# .NET Python JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Expertise integrating via RESTful APIs JSON and integrating external data sources.
• Knowledge of Dataverse SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Agile Experience: Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; able to translate and convey technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure and Power Platform certifications (Azure Fundamentals/Developer Associate Power Platform App Maker Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of security best practices in application development
• Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models or using Azure AI
• Experience developing Copilot Studio customizations or plugins
