Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the product roadmap to align with business goals and delivery timelines.
- Gaining a strong understanding of the product its features and how it solves customer problems.
- Conducting user research and analyzing data to identify product gaps and new opportunities.
- Gathering and interpreting customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Translating product ideas into clear user stories prototypes and functional requirements.
- Collaborating with design engineering and other teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Prioritizing and managing the product backlog adapting to evolving business needs.
- Overseeing product lifecycle stages and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Defining release plans and managing sprint execution while addressing any production issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of technology development and product management principles.
- Experience conducting market research and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment or a startup-like project in a larger company.
- Knowledge of business strategy and product design.
- Experience building and leading teams.
