As a Process Support Engineer (PSE) youll play a key role in guiding products through the entire lifecycle from initial concept to final qualification. As a PSE you will optimize product recipes to ensure peak performance tailored to our customers needs. You will collaborate with our globally recognized R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabrication facilities to create cutting-edge solutions. Process Support Engineers work across technologies such as: Chemical Vapor Deposition Atomic Layer Deposition Plasma Reactive Ion Etch Physical Vapor Deposition Anneal and Implant.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
Works closely with customer and field service engineers to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
Utilize data extracted from our equipment and process results to adjust and improve performance. Utilize statistical data to analyze and monitor process trends.
Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses troubleshooting service and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Apply your growing knowledge of best practices to offer a new perspective using existing solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders like R&D field service manufacturing etc.
Requirements
PhD/ Master/ Bachelor in Engineering studies
Resourceful proactive and willing to learn mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
Past research or internship experiences in semiconductor process will be an added advantage
Work Location
North or East (Will be based at customers location)
