OVERALL PURPOSE:
Take over functions of Receiving Specialist Delivery Scheduling Specialist Delivery admin staff during leaves and CWW.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. AS RECEIVING SPECIALIST
- Issue all purchase orders for receiving
- Acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers
- Transfer/send data files to other departments
- Encode quantity received packers productivity reports
- Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day
- Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKUs to suppliers
- Encode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist everytime there is an actual inventory count
- Respond to suppliers delivery complaints
- Requisition/distribute office and warehouse supplies
- Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
2. AS DELIVERY SCHEDULING SPECIALIST
- Plan and schedule deliveries to customers
- Ensure zero delivery pending / returns check unloaded trucks replace defective truck immediately and inform sales of the delays
- Ensure all parameters set for delivering goods were followed ( truck size availability sketch for new customer customers/trip route etc.)
- Submit cancelled invoices to accounting on time
- Respond to minor customers complaints refer major issues to manager
- Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
3. AS DELIVERY ADMIN STAFF
- Ensure all delivery invoices are submitted to Accounting Dept.
- Send all delivery related reports to respective departments
- Ensure all trucker delivery documents (waybill truckers delivery report invoices) were submitted to Accounting
- Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and by area
- Arrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment
- Ensure all invoices for delivery is arrange according to delivery schedule
- Ensure all next day delivery invoices are forwarded to warehouse for picking
- Ensure all prepaid cards are received and released
- Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of any degree; minimum of 1 year experience working in a distribution supply chain or logics business
- Highly adaptable
