To ensure the companys legal integrity across the CaMex and Andean regions including LATAM Shared Services Center by serving as a trusted business partner and effectively overseeing legal and compliance issues particularly at a commercial and sales level co-leading the Business Law specialized hub.
Contract management: Oversee and manage contracts for the following categories: Logistics Transportation & VAS HR Services.
Commercial Distribution: Oversee and manage legal relationships with distributors & wholesalers distribution contracts incentives for distributors overseeing compliance with distribution policies overseeing compliance with law & regulations coordinate and oversee commercial disputes. Develop and implement an effective Way of Working (WoW) for commercial agreements with key stakeholders.
CLM platform maintenance: Administer and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform ensuring accurate and efficient contract administration across the company.
Labour law: Responsible for advising and managing all matters related to individual and collective labor law ensuring regulatory compliance mitigating legal risks and strategically supporting Human Resources and business decisions.
Coordination of litigation: Coordinate legal strategies in litigation cases working closely with external counsel to defend the companys interests in matters related to its specific areas of responsibility.
Knowlegde
Law Degree.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Experience
7 years of experience in a multinational company.
