The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the SAP Customer team you are expected to develop weekly hours burn report and monthly support analysis deck. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to assist in testing automation system reports/integrations development in enhancement pipeline and provide administrative assistance to team members including status reports and client-facing documentation/presentations.
Responsibilities
- Developing weekly hours burn reports and monthly support analysis decks
- Conducting manual and automated quarterly patch testing
- Assisting in the automation of testing procedures
- Supporting the development of system reports and integrations
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Preparing status reports and client-facing documentation
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English necessary
What Sets You Apart

- Performing automated quarterly patch testing (Technical stream)
