Job Description
KITE Search are currently representing a top tier global organization with a particular focus on Real Estate Investments in APAC. Due to the expansion and success of their existing portfolio they are now seeking an Senior Investment Analyst / Senior Associate to join their APAC head office team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the CRES team in conducting real estate forecasting valuations planning and analysis in line with new business growth
- Present concepts and plans that gauge and mirror end user growth
- Work with internal and external parties across due diligence transactions and capital planning
- Identify market fluctuations across APAC
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics Finance Accounting or related disciplines with at least 7 years relevant experience in investment banking private equity fund within real estate.
- Possess strong research financial modelling analysis and valuation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Responsible self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to work within an international team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
