Job Description
We are seeking highly experiencedTechnology Lead in the technology domainusingAzure and Snowflake.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding business requirements designing and reviewing technical solutions validating architecture and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Experience in building robust DW/BI solutions with a focus onstatistical and advanced analyticsis essential. The role involves close collaboration with Architects and Business Analysts to define data requirements create Source-to-Target mappings and design ETL pipelines based on business documentation.
Insurance domain experience is a plus.(Commercial/Speciality Insurance)
- Lead ETL and reporting design efforts; provide technical inputs to delivery teams.
- Conduct technical risk assessments code reviews and unit test plan evaluations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide offshore teams in developing optimized high-quality code deliverables.
- Contribute to detailed design architecture and implementation artifacts including ETL development testing support and deployment.
- Collaborate regularly with Data Architects Data Modelers and Testing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Diagnose customer issues design innovative solutions and support deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery in a regulated technology environment.
- Azure Data Factory ADLS
- Mandatory: Minimum34 yearsof strong hands-on experience inat least oneof these technologies.
- Snowflake Kafka
- Mandatory: Minimum12 yearsof strong hands-on experience inat least oneof these technologies.
- Power BI Confluent Cloud Microsoft Fabric Python/PySpark
- Nice to Have: Exposure or working knowledge in any of these technologies is a plus.
- MSBI (SSIS)
- Nice to Have: Experience or familiarity is beneficial.
- SQL & Data Lakes
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in SQL and solid hands-on experience with Data Lake architecture.
- Strong SQL skills including complex query writing
- In-depth knowledge of Data Lakes and related modules
- Fair understanding of data modeling concepts and data products
- Familiarity with DW/BI/AI solution architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong client interfacing and team management capabilities
- Logical thinking problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Should be excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members
