Join our Operations Finance team as a Finance Analyst where youll partner closely with Customer Experience operational teams to manage controllable income and expenses across our Living Centres. Reporting to the Senior Analyst Operations Finance youll play a key role in supporting NOI delivery providing meaningful insights and building commercial acumen to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills while influencing commercial outcomes that directly enhance customer experience.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
Managing controllable income and expense positions providing insights that maximise net operating income.
Preparing and presenting finance lifecycle reviews including month-end forecasts budgets year-end and audit.
Supporting asset teams in understanding key NOI drivers.
Partnering with Centre Managers Asset Teams and Finance peers to deliver accurate reporting and commercial insights.
Collaborating with operational stakeholders to challenge existing processes and drive efficiency.
This role is permanent full-time.
What sets you apart
We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to communicate and influence effectively. You will have excellent organisational and time management capabilities with great attention to detail. Ideally you will hold an undergraduate degree with CA or CPA qualification (or similar practical experience) and be proficient in Excel with knowledge of JDE and TM1 advantageous.
You will be:
Strategic understanding and aligning your work to the strategic focus areas of the Customer Experience and Operations finance team.
Commercial analysing influencing and presenting NOI to drive operational decision making with strong attention to detail.
Innovative challenging existing reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement.
A strong partner building trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance and Customer Experience with proven ability to influence financial outcomes.
