Legal Intern, APAC

Airbnb is seeking a full time Legal Intern to join our Singapore Legal team for a 10-12 week period between August 2025 to November 2025 exact dates to be discussed between the chosen candidate and Airbnb.

This internship is right for you if you are located in Singapore and are currently enrolled in a law degree at an accredited law school and have a strong interest in learning about in-house legal practice and working in the tech industry.

A typical day:

You will assist with various tasks and projects such as:

• Assisting the APAC Legal team to handle a variety of legal functions which may include marketing communications policy product privacy employment corporate and litigation and disputes.
• Attending internal legal meetings and meetings with other business units.
• Handling legal administrative tasks to support the APAC legal team.
• Work on special projects tailored to team needs and your interests while also managing the legal knowledge repository.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing legal projects across various functions.
• Communicate project updates to the legal team and stakeholders attending internal and business unit meetings.
• Proactively seek and provide feedback conducting legal research and analysis using online resources.

Your expertise:

• Applicants should be pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate law degree in an accredited law school. Applicants who have completed at least one year of law school are preferred.
• Strong interest in learning about in-house legal practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable reaching out and initiating communication with various team members.
• Adaptable and able to adjust plans and manage changes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and interest in building relationships and collaborating with teams within and outside of Legal.
• Proficient in using Apple OS Suite and Google suite applications.
• Fluency in English is a must; all applications must be submitted in English.
• Passion for the Airbnb mission.

Your location:

This position is hybrid or onsite and you must be living in Singapore with work authorization in Singapore - sponsorship and relocation is unavailable. You must be willing to attend the Singapore office in person at least once a week.
