Meet your team

Corporate Processes & IT (CPIT) is the internal IT organization for SAP. Our purpose is to CREATE BUILD and RUN an intelligent enterprise by providing customer-centric insights and technologies. Within CPIT the Generative AI Center of Excellence (CoE) leads the development enablement and adoption of AI across SAP. As part of this team you will be joining a dynamic group of professionals passionate about empowering the business to use Generative AI responsibly and effectively. You will work on high-impact initiatives collaborating across functions and geographies.

As an AI Business Strategy Intern you will play a key role in scaling AI adoption across SAP. This is a project-driven role that blends program management strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. You will contribute to key initiatives such as global enablement campaigns AI workshops and AI capability rollout plans.

This role is ideal for students who are strategic thinkers with a strong bias for execution able to navigate ambiguity connect dots across disciplines and bring structure to innovation initiatives.

What youll do

  • Support the planning and execution of internal AI enablement initiatives such as training sessions tool launches and engagement campaigns

  • Collaborate with AI experts and business stakeholders to coordinate GenAI programs and track progress against strategic goals

  • Conduct market and industry research on GenAI trends and applications to support SAPs internal strategy and roadmap

  • Assist in managing internal communities and outreach sessions to strengthen awareness and adoption of AI tools

  • Create and publish business-relevant content such as blog posts briefs and presentations showcasing the impact of GenAI across SAP

  • Contribute to ideation and prioritisation of innovation projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams


What you bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Marketing Communications or a related field

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies especially Artificial Intelligence and its business applications

  • Solid organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for simplifying complex topics

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement event management or content creation is a plus

  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools is desirable but not required a willingness to learn is essential
