Join Our Digital Transformation as a Product Owner!

Are you ready to be at the heart of Randstads global digital revolution Were on an exciting journey migrating from local legacy systems to cutting-edge core platforms and were looking for a passionate Product Owner to drive this change.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner for Digital Markets Place Focus Talent Group (FTG) Client Pools & Work Force Solutions (WFS) youll play a crucial role in shaping our future. Youll be instrumental in developing and enhancing our front (r-one) and mid office (m-one) processes facilitating:

  • Digital Talent Validation: Streamlining how we assess and confirm talent.

  • Digital Matching & Placement: Revolutionizing how we connect talent with opportunities and manage workforce scheduling.

  • Focus Talent Group (FTG) & Client Pool Management: Empowering our teams to effectively manage both on- and offline talent pools.

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your operational experience within the staffing industry especially if you have a background in managing talent pools or working in a Randstad in-house location. Were looking for someone with strong process management skills who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative and global environment.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Shaping the Vision: Contribute to the product vision and program backlog aligning with our broader strategy.

  • Owning the Backlog: Define and prioritize stories for your team ensuring alignment with roadmap initiatives and dependencies.

  • Driving Development: Work closely with your BA team lead and development teams to translate epics into clear actionable sprints.

  • Collaborating Globally: Partner with other Product Owners Implementation Managers and global stakeholders to define requirements and deliver the best user experience across 39 markets.

  • Protecting the Product: Ensure your team remains focused on delivering valuable aligned outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Operational Staffing Experience: You come from an operational role in the staffing industry and are looking for a new challenge.

  • Pool/In-house Experience: Ideally you have experience managing talent pools or have worked in an in-house Randstad location.

  • Process Management: A strong understanding and experience in process management is highly valued.

  • Adaptability & Collaboration: You thrive in a dynamic international environment working with diverse stakeholders across time zones.

  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do mentality.

  • Product Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with JIRA Confluence or similar product management tools.

  • Data-Driven: You use data as a basis for your decision-making.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (at least in English).
