Job Description
Preparing a detail technical specification guideline for an engineering equipment and work in collaboration with manufactures component suppliers maintenance staff and other technical involved in designing and development per package innovation specification.
Require working in compliance with maintenance methods and procedures enhance current way of working to achieved desired state of Preventive Maintenance effectiveness.
Improvement production equipment modifying with qualification and repairing the technical flaws improve equipment quality yields cost and productivity.
Job Qualification
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electronic and Electrical Mechatronic or other relevant sub-fields of engineering.
Relevant experience in the semiconductor manufacturing or equipment manufactures of engineering is highly recommended.
Good oral written and verbal communication problem solving ability using DMAIC methodology
Sense of responsibility towards work accomplishment and sense of integrity along with the specialized knowledge and skills in Semiconductor Assembly Engineering will be advantage.
