Job Description

MAKO is one of Strykers leading Orthopaedics product. Used in joint replacement surgeries it is a SmartRobotics arm that allows surgeons to have a more predictable and efficient surgical experience. Our MAKO Product Specialists are trusted advisors training and supporting surgeons in planning and executing such surgeries ensuring better patient outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Train towards earning the requisite certifications in different MAKO applications within the stipulated period.
  • Provide case coverage as well as standby as Clinical Specialist to scrub in for joint replacement cases.
  • Drives account growth by working with key hospital staff thought leaders and referring doctors to develop a referral base and increase procedure volume.
  • Provide training and Clinical/Technical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
  • Pre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation.
  • Support processes including case booking documentation reporting billing etc.
  • Participate in training and sales & marketing activities as needed.
  • Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per Strykers quality system.
  • Collaborate with sales & clinical team to deliver high standards of service & quality care to patients.

What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related Science fields
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Customer Service or Technical support role
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Passionate about healthcare and providing high standards of quality and service to customers.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Has own vehicle and able to travel
  • Able to be on-call on weekends / public holidays based on team roster.
