Job Description
Preparation/Review
- Monthly and Quarterly JGAAP/IFRS/USGAAP financial report for TMK / TK-GK SPCs
- Financial statement for SPCs
- Payment requests
- Japanese corporate income tax return and consumption tax return
- fixed asset tax return
Preparation of disclosure information
- Provide quarterly and annual financial reports to Luxembourg team and Hong Kong team.
- Provide quarterly and annual financial reports to domestic investors.
Covenants reports to Lenders.
- Provide DSCR/LTV test report
- implement Waterfall.
Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate reporting Deal with external auditor and tax advisor Collaborate with Asset managers Fund managers Acquisition team and legal team. Research and analysis of tax implications Administration people management and handle ad-hoc requirements
Skills and Requirements
- Over 3 years Fund accounting experience (real estate (including JREIT) private equity venture capital distressed fund etc.) or experience at audit firm/accounting firm/tax firm dealing with JREIT or funds described above.
- Written and reading English communication skill is needed.
- VerbalEnglish communication skill is preferable.
- Team player and good communication skills.
