We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our client in Milton Keynes as a Medication Safety Officer. This role plays a vital part in promoting the safe use of medicines across the organisation and supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate must have previous NHS hospital experience and a strong understanding of medication safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support medication safety initiatives across the trust. Monitor investigate and report medication incidents. Provide expert advice on safe prescribing administration and handling of medicines. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve medication safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
