What youll do
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day management of projects onsite across the region
- Clear communication to team members sub-contractors and customers regarding project timelines and progress updates
- Managing multiple foremen and working closely with the project managers to ensure every project runs smoothly
- Act as a liaison between crew members management and sometimes customers
What youll need
- Experience at a commercial roofing contractor is essential
- 3 years experience in commercial roofing management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
