We are looking for Team Leader (Rose Veranda)to join our team!
Supervise and coordinate daily dining service operations
Lead and support the service team to ensure excellent guest experiences
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Oversee order taking food delivery and service flow
Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints professionally
Train and coach junior staff on service standards and procedures
Ensure the restaurant area is clean organized and properly set up
Monitor staff attendance grooming and performance on the floor
