JOB TITLE: Finance Analyst
Role Summary
In addition to providing strong analytical and reporting skills the successful candidate will work directly with the Finance Director and be a key member of the European finance team.
Essential Job Functions
- Review accuracy of business cases submitted by initiative owners in the Wave project platform.
- Communicate with all initiative owners around actuals tracking (financially) and heavy assistance with KPI / Milestones tracking.
- Support initiative owners in forecasting budgeting and assessing risks and recommend a plan to build gaps.
- Create reporting around variance analysis on a monthly or potentially weekly basis.
- Contribute in other financial activities such as monthly accounting close & reporting process.
- Support finances standing goal to continuously improve the quality efficiency and value of financial information produced via financial tools such as Wave operational efficiencies and automation.
- Support in all integration financial aspects and ad hoc activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years post qualification experience working in financial analysis accounting or similar.
Education
- Bachelors degree in financial analysis accounting management consulting or similar.
Preferred Requirements
- Ability to work in the Irish/UK time zone.
- Business partnering experience
- Advanced excel skills

- Self-driven organized detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with team and top management is essential as well as good presentation skills.
