Role: Business Analyst Management Consulting Key
Skills:
- Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Ability to break down complex business problems and identify root causes.
- Skilled in synthesizing data and insights to support strategic decision making.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients senior leaders and cross functional teams.
- Experience in facilitating workshops interviews and meetings to gather requirements.
- Business Process Analysis
- Proficient in mapping analysing and redesigning business processes.
- Familiarity with tools like BPMN Visio Lucid chart or similar.
4. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Skilled in eliciting documenting and validating business and functional requirements.
- Experience with use cases user stories and acceptance criteria.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Competence in using Excel SQL Power BI or Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
- Ability to interpret trends and provide actionable insights.
6. Consulting Mindset
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a focus on delivering client
- Ability to adapt quickly manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
7. Communication & Presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports for executive audiences.
8. Project Support & Delivery
- Experience supporting project delivery through planning tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
9. Technology Awareness
- Understanding of digital transformation enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM) and emerging technologies.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions (in collaboration with technical teams).
- 25 years of experience in business analysis preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Exposure to multiple industries (e.g. financial services public sector healthcare utilities) is a plus.
- Experience working on strategic initiatives operational improvements or technology implementations.
- Bachelors degree in business Information Systems or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CBAP PMI-PBA are advantageous).
