Choose where you want to showcase your talents: Brasserie Marie Trattoria Graziella In Room Dining or Events. What you will do
Depending on the department you choose you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for our guests:
Brasserie Marie: Bring the vibrant heart of Amsterdam together with the flavors of the Cte dAzur and create an authentic French dining experience.
Trattoria Graziella: Let guests indulge in the pure flavors of Italy with homemade dishes and a warm intimate ambiance.
In Room Dining: Deliver luxury service and culinary delights directly to our guests rooms.
Events: Work on unique events from elegant weddings to exclusive business gatherings ensuring flawless service.
Your daily tasks will vary per department but will include:
Giving guests a warm welcome and exceeding their expectations Providing top-tier service by paying attention to detail and anticipating guests needs Presenting the menu and wines and making recommendations Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service Coaching and training junior staff members Identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancing the guest experience.
Who you are
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining banqueting or luxury hospitality Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences A true team player with a positive attitude and an eye for detail Excellent communication skills to ensure seamless service Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic fast-changing environment Always smiling and ready to take on any challenge.
Nice to have
Experience in high-end hospitality A passion for luxury service Experience in training and mentoring junior staff In-depth knowledge of French or Italian cuisine.
