The position
As a Quality Engineer at agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in managing supplier quality detecting and resolving non-conformities and ensuring adherence to strict technical and procedural standards throughout production and integration phases.
This is a hybrid position reporting directly to the Head of Quality & HSE. A technical background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is essential and experience within the space industry is highly valued.
- Monitor and control quality during the production and integration process
- Identify and manage deviations via Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Coordinate resolution of issues with stakeholders (designers suppliers production)
- Suspend work if required due to quality concerns
- Review and approve technical documentation and drawings
- Prepare End Item Data Packages in collaboration with Product Assurance
- Perform incoming and final inspections at various stages (including at suppliers and customer sites)
- Handle quality documentation and data entry in SAP
- Track and support incident resolution in the production environment
- Monitor compliance of supplier documentation with project quality standards
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external suppliers/customers
What you bring to the position
- Bachelors degree (HBO level) in Mechanical Aerospace or Software Engineering
- 35 years of experience in a quality role preferably within the space/aerospace industry (during study or work)
- Comfortable reading and interpreting technical documentation and drawings
- Hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- High level of motivation and the ability to act decisively under pressure
- Comfortable with supplier interaction and coordination
