KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging EAL lessons that develop listening speaking reading and writing skills.
- Assess students English proficiency levels and design individualized or small-group learning plans.
- Provide in-class support co-teaching or withdrawal sessions to ensure students can fully participate in the mainstream curriculum.
- Collaborate with homeroom and subject teachers to adapt materials and differentiate instruction.
- Monitor track and report on student progress maintaining clear communication with teachers parents and the academic team.
- Support the development of a welcoming inclusive environment where multilingualism is valued.
- Contribute to school life and extracurricular activities in alignment with AIMs values and community spirit.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelors degree in Education English Applied Linguistics TESOL or a related field.
- A recognized EAL/ESL teaching certification (e.g. CELTA TESOL DELTA) preferred.
- Proven experience teaching English as an additional/second language ideally in an international or bilingual school setting.
- Strong knowledge of language acquisition and strategies to support multilingual learners.
- Excellent communication collaboration and intercultural skills.
