Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Tallaght Co. Dublin
- Salary: Up to 85000 DOE
- Hybrid Working Option

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Junior or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and well-established civil engineering contractor delivering vital public infrastructure projects across Ireland. Youll assist in managing the commercial aspects of key projects from early-stage procurement through to final account. Working alongside experienced commercial leads youll gain valuable exposure while contributing to cost control subcontractor management and project reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing cost plans valuations and project budgets.
Support in subcontractor procurement contract administration and payment processes.
Help prepare monthly CVRs cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Liaise with project managers clients and site teams to ensure financial oversight.
Contribute to maintaining records identifying risks and supporting claims preparation.
What Were Looking For:
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
15 years experience in a QS role ideally in civil engineering or infrastructure.
Strong numerical communication and organisational skills.
Eagerness to learn contribute and grow within a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with construction contracts and cost reporting tools is a plus.
