Junior Quantity Surveyor - Newcastle Co. Dublin
Project: Residential housing and apartments with a project end date of Sept 2028
Salary: Up to 50k

Join a leading Irish developer with a large portfolio of residential development sites and plans for continued growth. The company are looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor. They want someone to assist in the provision of quantity surveying services for post-contract duties on a fast-moving large residential development under construction. This position will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. It is a great opportunity for someone to learn and develop though the growing team and progress their career with this company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly internal valuations and monthly cost reports.
- Reporting on budgets and variations.
- Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
What we are looking for:
- A 3rd level degree Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years Post-Graduate experience with a PQS or Contractor.
