Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily focus on data analysis and generating various sales reports. This role will also involve assisting with multiple projects including eMPF-related initiatives and systems enhancements
Job description
- Compile sales related reports to management
- Process new application of Pensions business
- Check completeness of application forms and relevant AML requirements
- Follow up outstanding information on application with both distributors and clients
- Answer enquiries from distributors and customers in services counter & enquiry hotline/email
- Coordinate logistics for sales materials sales incentive programmes & channel record maintenance
Preferred skills
- Strong business analysis skills
- Knowledge of MPF business processes and change management
- Generate and present various sales reports to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of eMPF-related projects
- Collaborate on systems enhancements to improve data management and reporting capabilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders I.T. external vendors and partners to implement necessary system enhancements to cope with ongoing business needs
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Support ad hoc projects as needed to meet organizational goals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
Qualifications
- University Graduate and above
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Insurance industry with a background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is beneficial
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
