What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher essential.
- Proven nursery management experience with demonstrable success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding).
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and current best practices.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive nurturing and stimulating environment for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspiring leadership and management of the nursery ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in early years provision.
- Maintain and enhance high standards to achieve and sustain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with health safety and safeguarding policies.
- Lead motivate and support a skilled team fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Develop strong partnerships with children families and the wider community.
- Manage budgets staffing and resources efficiently to support nursery goals.
