Nursery Manager Up to 48000

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher essential.
  • Proven nursery management experience with demonstrable success in Ofsted inspections (Good or Outstanding).
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and current best practices.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive nurturing and stimulating environment for children and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspiring leadership and management of the nursery ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in early years provision.
