Join Our Catering and Hospitality Team for an Exciting Racing and Events Venue at Fontwell Park!
Do you want to be part of the thrilling atmosphere of a live events venue offering horse racing and first-class hospitality while working alongside an incredible team Fontwell Park is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our catering and hospitality team throughout the year. This will include our race fixtures for our 2025/26 season starting this August with our renowned Ladies Evening. This is your chance to be part of unforgettable events team!

Opportunities to work on non-racing events such as conferences private parties and weddings give you a diverse opportunity. Plus the chance to work not only at Fontwell Park but also at other Arena Racing Company (ARC) venues including; Lingfield Park Royal Windsor and Brighton Racecourse.
What Were Looking For:
- Team Spirit: Work as an integral part of a team to ensure smooth operations
- Adaptability: Be flexible and ready to embrace new challenges
- Customer Focus: Deliver top-class service to our guests
- Experience: Minimum of six month experience in hospitality or bars
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in hospitality or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised while maintaining high-quality standards
- Enthusiasm for personal development and helping teammates grow
- A proactive approach to keeping the catering environment clean and organized
