Administrative Assistant- Your Future Position

As an Administrative Assistant in our Taste & Wellbeing Division you will report to General Service Manager and be responsible for handling the travel desk and as a back-up to the receptionist. Sound interesting It could well be your good opportunity. If like us you always aim to exceed customer needs deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.

In this exciting role you will:

Travel Service

  • As a site travel coordinator familiar with our travel policy coordinate the traveller information updates.
  • Help with hotel reservations air ticket booking and modification. Assist employees in handling the issues during the travel booking process.
  • Take charge of monthly reconciliation for air ticket payment.

Company Drivers & Vehicle Management

  • Responsible for the training guidance of company drivers and review of related expenses
  • Manage company-owned and leased vehicles review vehicle-related expenses by standards and follow up on the handling and renewal of vehicle service procedures.

Office Furniture & Equipment Management (Projectors etc.)

  • Conduct regular inspections of office furniture in workplaces coordinate repairs or replacements promptly if damage is found and allocate office furniture based on employee needs.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on office equipment such as projectors to ensure their normal operation.

Company activity

  • Assist with annual party organization.
  • Assist the company team building organization.

Others

  • Back up as Receptionist
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Your professional profile includes:

  • College Degree and above
  • Above 3 years working experience
  • Good communication skill
  • Good spoken and written English
