80% - Administer daily functions related to health dental vision life and HSA plans in accordance with plan provisions. Review benefit enrollments and changes for completion and follow-up when additional documentation is required. Respond to all benefit inquiries from employees and provide plan-specific resolutions. Research and work with outside vendors to resolve claims and billing issues. Process monthly payments to outside vendors. Assist with Open Enrollment. Manage initial and on-going measurement periods as defined for ACA and assist with 1095 reporting. Process and monitor medical benefit enrollment for identified eligible part-time employees defined by ACA.
20% - Run periodic reports and perform other miscellaneous administrative and accounting tasks. Provide support to the Benefits Team when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned...
Qualifications
High School Diploma
One to two years of experience in Employee Health Benefits
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
General knowledge of Workday preferred
Ability to be flexible take initiative set priorities multitask work independently maintain confidentiality manage working under strict deadlines and work well within a team environment
