We are looking for Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club) to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:
As the Service Manager - F&B (Outlet Manager- Beach Club) we rely on you to:
- Support the Senior Outlet Manager in daily operation
- Manages Beach Club ( Twelve)operations experiences
- To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
- Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
- Set and maintain service standards
- Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in managing in a bar setting of an outlet in addition to food services.
- Is knowledegable in beverage knowledges expecially in mixing skillset.
- Experiences in managing theme nights and close up events.
- Willing to work shifts
