The Senior Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and executing the business development initiatives and overall operation of Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) and FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation (FM TIP). The incumbent will work closely with the lead of the postgraduate team Academic Director and Deputy Director of NTU Entrepreneurship Academy (NTUpreneur) for successful delivery of MSc TIP and FM TIP. The incumbent will be driving marketing and outreach carrying out student recruitment and admission student and alumni engagement budgeting and financing and ensuring all policy and procedures are adhered to. S/he will provide/present marketing strategy and analysis for information and decision oversee and track follow up actions work closely with lead PG team to ensure quality quantity and diversity of recruitment. S/he will also work with the various NTUpreneur teams and the various Offices in the university for cross programme promotion and inter-department joint activities. The incumbent will oversee various I&E activities and engagements to enhance the experiential learning. S/he will also support venture internship expanding the industry network for placement of venture internship. The incumbent is expected to supervise executive / senior executive to ensure strong value proposition and to achieve excellence in administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute the business development Initiative of the Masters and FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP and FM TIP)
2. Oversee marketing and recruitment. Plan and organise programme info sessions and lead the content development for programme publicity.
3. Track and follow up on effectiveness of outreach and adjust the marketing approach accordingly
4. Oversee student management student wellbeing alumni engagement and oversee administrative support
5. Oversee experiential learning
6. Plan and oversee the operating budget and grant of the Programme
